In this episode of the podcast we speak to Josh Wenner, founder of Emotional Resilience Training (“ERT”) and co-founder of K4 & Valor. His curriculum and frameworks are being used to help men, first responders, veterans and medical professional who deal in high stress and trauma to reintegrate back into everyday life.
